Why Give?HELP BUILD A PLACE IN THE SHADE
Shepherd’s Table Community Access Pavilion
Every pantry day, neighbors wait outside in the South Carolina heat, rain, and cold while accessing food assistance. Many are older adults, families with children, or individuals with mobility limitations.
We want to change that.
Shepherd’s Table is raising funds to build a permanent covered outdoor pavilion at our Conway pantry facility. The pavilion will provide:
Covered seating for pantry participants
Protection from extreme heat and weather
Improved accessibility and safer traffic flow
Fans, lighting, and seasonal heaters
A welcoming community space for neighbors accessing food assistance
THE PROJECT
24 ft × 30 ft Covered Pavilion
Accessible concrete foundation
Outdoor seating for 30–36 people
Edible landscaping & vine-covered trellis
HELP US BUILD IT
Because waiting for food should not mean standing in the sun.
